Any activity carried out under your account credentials — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawal requests — is deemed to have been authorised by you.
3.4 If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify ajo69 immediately via live chat or the support email at [email protected]. ajo69 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member failed to report the breach promptly.
3.5 Account registration is free of charge. ajo69 does not charge registration fees under any circumstances.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ajo69's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 ajo69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if ajo69 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 ajo69 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. ajo69 shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, scheduled or otherwise.
10.4 ajo69 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages on the Member's end.
10.5 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ajo69's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11.1 The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data by ajo69 is governed by the ajo69 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
